Shipping & Delivery Policy
Global Shipping
We ship to virtually any address in the world.
-
Product Restrictions: Note that some products have restrictions and may not be shipped to all international destinations.
Estimated Costs and Dates
When you place an order, we will estimate your shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and your chosen shipping options.
-
Quotes are Estimates: All shipping quotes are estimates. If the actual cost or dimensions vary significantly, we will contact you before proceeding. We will sometimes absorb small additional costs, but you will be notified if a substantial increase is necessary.
-
Weight-Based Rates: Our shipping rates are often weight-based. For company policy, all item weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
-
Partial Shipments: We reserve the right to ship your order in multiple packages unless you specifically inform us in writing that you require a complete single shipment.
Guaranteed Delivery Times
We can only guarantee delivery times for UPS and FedEx Next Day Air or Second Day Air services.
-
Important: This guarantee applies from the day the item is actually shipped and picked up by the carrier, not the date the order was placed.
-
Next Day/Second Day Processing: If your expedited order is not processed and picked up from the warehouse until the next business day, the shipping will not be refunded or discounted.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, we will make every effort to stop the shipment.
-
Once In Transit: If an order has already shipped or is in transit, it cannot be stopped. In this case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs both ways (to you and back to us), in addition to any applicable restocking fees. This applies to partially shipped orders as well as any backordered items that are shipped.
Delivery Responsibility
The customer is responsible for packages once the carrier provides proof of delivery to the shipping address.
-
Proof of Delivery: By placing an order, you agree that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier's tracking shows the item as delivered.
-
Filing a Claim: If the tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, you must file a claim directly with the shipping service provider you chose. This applies even if we choose a different carrier.
-
Signature Confirmation: If you are concerned about security, we strongly recommend you request proof of signature when placing your order. If a package is left at the front entrance without signature confirmation, any claims for non-receipt must be handled by the customer with the carrier or proper authorities.
